The Feis will resume on Thursday, 5th March at 9.30am.  We look forward to the next stage of our 2020 Programme.

In light of the Coronavirus situation we wish to assure all our patrons that we are doing our utmost to create a safe environment for all.  In this regard please be aware of the following arrangements:

HAND SANITISERS: are available in all public areas.  Please feel free to use regularly.   (Do not move, borrow or take away)

WASH HANDS: Frequently.

SURFACES: Are regularly sterilised and disinfected.

GREETING AND CONGRATULATING: The Adjudicator will not shake hands with any of the performers.  Please avoid shaking hands, hugging or kissing performers, friends or colleagues.  Let us be inventive on how to greet and congratulate each other!!!

GLOVES:  The staff will not be wearing face masks but may use gloves when handling money – please do not be offended.

Please consider the following:

ATTENDANCE: If you feel in any way ill, have a temperature, fever, cough or sneezing please DO NOT ATTEND the Feis.  If you have been to any of the affected areas in the last few weeks please DO NOT ATTEND the Feis.

FAMILY SUPPORTERS: are always welcome at the Feis.  We are very aware that the Feis is a big moment and it is wonderful to share with all your family and friends.  In the current circumstances we ask to limit who attends with you.

ARRIVAL:  In order to avoid crowds gathering, we are asking performers to arrive 10 MINUTES or LESS before the stated time on your notification for the Class.  If you arrive before this time we will ask you to leave the building and return at the requested time.

SEATING /QUEUING:  Solo and duo Classes generally have small numbers.  There are sufficient seats in the auditorium, so please spread out and use all the rows of seats that are available.  At different events, the audience tend to cluster all to the back or to the front of the auditorium.  Please spread out and use all the space available.  Likewise if there is a queue, do not stand too close with one another.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and may have to include further safety measures.  Please watch our Website and Social Media pages for further updates.
